My Medication Review is offered free of charge by Teva since 2019, and is a complete personalized medication overview that lists all prescribed medications and includes visual information, which can support patients in their medication use. My Medication Review is offered as regular care in more than 500 pharmacies in the Netherlands and used by patients and their (in)formal caregivers. It includes the following information: Name of the medication,Prescription medication label text, Moment of intake, Number of tablets per time of day (morning, afternoon, evening, before bed), For which condition/disease the medication is used for, Advice and warnings for use, Photos of Teva products to recognize the medication, Pictograms/icons of the instructions for proper use.

With MijnGiB, patients (and their caregivers) can monitor their medication use, by having understandable information about how and when to use each of the medicines. The personalised overview shows all instructions in both a textual (comprehensible package label text) and visual (pictograms) way. The pharmacy team can use MijnGib as a starting point for their conversation with the patient about their medication (management), to ask patients about their medication use, adherence and possible concerns etc.
