Terah is a mobile and web software solution that allows automated medication management for patients. It consists of a simple, user-friendly, and effective solution, to respond to one of the main problems in the health sector, the incorrect use of medication by patients and all the problems that it generates. With a simple read of product code with the app, it generates all relevant information about the medicines as therapeutic indication; dosage regimen, included pause days (allows more complex dosage regimen situations), and pharmacological recommendations.All this information is then presented at the alarm to that appears at the right time to remember the patient to take their medicine. Besides this primarily information generated, it also manages the medication according to pharmacological principles, detects drug duplications and interactions between drugs, posology that exceed the maximum dose and, even when the medicine is finished, you can submit an order directly to the Pharmacy, avoiding unnecessary visits to the pharmacy, and allowing a better stock management by this one.Terah is also designed to allow that, both informal caretakers as HCP, can manage the patient medication and observe their adherence profile remotely. For that, the user just need to accept the remote access.
