IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. The selected applicants will be sent a formal COST invitation to the email they have provided and instructions for reimbursement rules for the expenses regarding their participation.
2. Up to 40 selected participants will be reimbursed by the COST Action ENABLE CA 19132. Please refer to the COST Annotated Rules Section 6 (https://www.cost.eu/uploads/2022/12/COST-094-21-Annotated-Rules-for-COST-Actions-Level-C-V1.3.pdf). Up to 10 more participants can participate for free, either online or on site, but will not be reimbursed. If this is your case, please check the box “I don’t apply for reimbursement” in the COST invitation.
