ENABLE-ESPACOMP collaboration
- The International Society for Medication Adherence (ESPACOMP) endorses the objectives of ENABLE and is willing to support our activities for the duration of the action and beyond. As a non-profit international interprofessional association dedicated to medication adherence research, ESPACOMP is a key stakeholder for the ENABLE Action. ESPACOMP has been promoting knowledge generation and uptake in this area since 1996. In the last decades, they have had major contributions to the growing interest in medication adherence across Europe and globally. This growing interest is being now consolidated within the ENABLE Action and ESPACOMP are keen to contribute to further facilitating the involvement of stakeholders from different areas and work together toward our common goals. Many ENABLE members have been involved in ESPACOMP for a number of years, and we count on the participation of several founding members of ESPACOMP. We welcome their commitment to supporting the goals stated ENABLE Memorandum of Understanding!
- More concretely, ESPACOMP will, for the duration of ENABLE,
- Contribute to organizing common events, online and in person, together with other stakeholders .
- Facilitate the engagement of ESPACOMP members and stakeholders in ENABLE activities through our society’s communication channels .
- Explore together sustainability solutions for ENABLE activities after the end of the ENABLE Action, in order to increase their long-term impact on health systems.
